Bicycle kick
Actually starts with a decap, and I bicycle kick the head. Posted at Hampa's request.
Incidentally, the damage is crappy for the power because the kick made contact with the neck nub instead of the head itself.

Here is my self decap to head kick replay. I self decap my self do a bike kick to my head and still win. The other replay i modified off of the original. I took turvas self decap and then i did a pretty cool bike kick to his head.
