Hey i have problems with IRC i cant chat on it cuz when i open it this messege pops:
Unable to connect

do u know why

EITHER:

-Try different internet browsers that are compatible to your system: heres a list of a few, not sure if it will fix it, but i guess its worth a try, and better than nothing at all:http://alternativebrowseralliance.com/browsers.html

-Update Java: http://java.com/en/

I had the exact same problem for a while, I tried using other browsers, and Im quite sure my plugins were updated.

To solve this problem, I simply downoaded an irc client and connected to irc.toribash.com

You are accessing a cached site, which means you're looking at early versions. Make sure you're connected to either irc.toribash.com or asia.toribash.com.

It depends on you client, but the common command is /server irc.toribash.com

Use /join #channelname
