what is a recolour?

A recolour is that if you got a head texture and you don't like the colours so you want different colours you ask for a recolour.

Assuming you're talking about textures, a recolor would be changing a texture from one color to another. i.e: Changing the hair color from red to blue.

When looking textures it will often say if they are willing to recolor the texture. Or you could always ask if they're willing.
