Correct me if I'm wrong, but I don't believe spars supposed to have fracture on.
Anyway to your second spar....
The first clash went okay.
But then you just lay there. I mean, that's usually okay, but not for that long.
Nor for that weak a hit. After that you guys just sorta flop around.
Thekaratecrap was a little better, but....

Edit: forgot to add advice....
Try to make cohesive movements. Sparring is all about fight Realistically.
Try to stay on your feet as much as possible.
Try to keep a healthy balance of hold and relax. Not every part of your body needs to be
in motion all the time. Straight legs the whole time isn't attractive looking.
