okay so everytime i search something about toribash one of the sites is called:

and they have a whole another server i guess
i tried sending tc and stuff and it goes to the other account in the other side
its like another universe
is it used for testing?

Don't mess around on them, it's the quickest way to get yourself banned since they're private for devs to test with.
