My head texture wont change from this gladiator colored one. No matter how many times I have tried it wont change to my new uploaded texture. I have waited almost 1 hour now. I also bought a new head texture item to use but even when I uploaded my new one, It uploaded by gladiator one. Why are most of my items "broken".

Ive dled and lped several times and its showing old textures

Try deleting your customs folder and dl'ing youself again.
