Quite frequently while playing Toribash, I'll randomly crash. Most of the time the message will just say that it's not responding and Windows is trying to find the problem. And sometimes, this message will pop up: http://prntscr.com/2olezq


Anyone know what this means/what can be done to fix it?

Try downloading visual c++ again...
