keyframe better, make sure the movements are smooth and not sharp and try to have most of the tori in the shot at all times
leave the pan and crop alone for now
sync the landings, you have velocity. make it dynamic.
i cant really tell you to get a better taste in music but do it anyway

i liked all the bits when the camera was aiming towards an ass.

^If this didn't help then i'll just say when you were jumping with the camera towards the tori it looked really poop.
