Hey Bands.

Work on your follow through. You relax your knee through your kick and it makes it look really week despite the Dm. I think you need to get some more speed and you should work on the placement of your hits. You're pretty fluid, but you look really floaty. You should do some replays in -30.

Opener wasn't very good. It was kind of a strange punch that didn't have much form. You didn't have any really major hits to get Uke spinning or anything, and it wasn't the smoothest, but you stayed under him well, and got a pretty sick boom. GJ
