The Spinning heads always make heads lower resolution in game the heads are alot higher quality if you want like to see each head in game just ask me through pm.

please edit your first post so it adheres to the following rule:

I have editted my original post to adhere to these rules, im unsure about the "prevous owners rules" you are referring to because i have stated the previous owner of all of the heads already.
