A Question (Simple)
If You buy Something with paypal,but you dont have enough qi for the item will you get the item anyway?

Yes. If you buy something via paypal the item becomes instantly no-qi for the user who bought it.
Although if you sell it to somebody else/put it in the market, the item has qi restriction again.
