Hello, I have a quick question. If we were to buy an item with real money, would that make it a No-QI item?

Yes, the item would be No-QI to you, but only tradable to those who have the QI.
For instance, if you bought No Qi Pure Relax, you could wear it to your hearts content. However, it loses the No Qi aspect as it goes to your inventory. So, only people with 10k QI or more would be able to have it sent to them.
