I'm wanting to be able to lock my framerate to a number lower than the 'lower frame rate cap', is it possible? If not is there a script to do it?

I've already tried /opt framerate 10 and /opt lockedframerate 10

maybe try /fixedframerate 10?

/opt fixedframerate is the command, but only works with 1 [On] and 0 [Off].
Do not believe there is a command to set a customizable cap, but Ill wait and see if anyone more technically experienced with the game posts.
