-It should be a *PNG*, *PSD* or *JPG* in high quality.

-Resolution 1024x768 or more

-You should disable blood, ground texture, uke, hud, etc.

use
/opt hud 0
/opt uke 0
/opt floortexture 0
/opt blood 0
/opt bruise 0
/opt trails 0

-If you dont have shaders, post here and someone will make screenshot for you
