Since I had no other names, I just came up with that name...

Heres how to do it:...

Contract Both Knees
Extend both glutes
Space 6x
Contract both glutes
space 1x
Extend both knees
Space 2x
Contract both hips
Extend both glutes
space 2x
Contract knees
Raise both shoulders
Extend both knees
Space 3x
Extend both hips

Space until he lands on...Uhm, your....You know....
Contract glutes

Space 3x

Raise Right Shoulder
Contract Right elbow
Space 6x

Raise Left Shoulder
Contract left hip
space until end



Note: I played on 500 frames
With 10 frames per space
And played on demo, because I'm poor =D
