Just wanted to ask, are there any guidelines for making a Kiai sound Ex: Volume, Profanity, Copyright, etc.

There is no rules when its kiai. But dont have an annoying kiai. People hates them. But yea be creative and get some cool once

There is no rules about it, yet. You're free to use any .wav file around 1sec to 5sec on your kiai.

Depends, if you use a copy-writable sound then it can be removed. I know of an incident of that, but try to use a voice changer/morpher to create one. if you DL me you can see an example of one I made

I think they'd fall under the global rules, but not many there would apply to sounds, so really anything goes..
just definitely no racism and specific-player directed insults/flaming

Just don't use a dubstep kiai and you'll be alright.

But yeah, 5 seconds is the limit and you can only use .wav files.
