Tear em' in half!
Alright, this only takes 30 frames (3 presses of space)
1.Contract both pecs, lower one arm, raise the other.
(press space once)
2.Set both hands to grab. Contract both elbows. Reverse directions on arms.
(the one u set to raise, change it to lower, and vice-versa)
(pess space once)
3.Extend elbows. release hands.
(Watch him die!)

(Works best when left arm is raised first)
