i dont have a mobile phone
i cant buy a wallie card in my f*ckin village
i cant get money from my parents

what else can i do to get a head texture except selling my whole inventory

Well, it would appear that you have no way of buying tc, atm. Here are the solutions:

1 - Buy a mobile phone
2 - Go to your nearest bank, open an account (takes 10 mins), and get them to send you a debit card. Deposit money at the bank, and pay for things online with your card.
3 - open a paypal account, and get someone to send cash to it who you know, and pay them back irl.

Op. 2 is the easiest, i'd say.

Or sell stuff like head, texture, sigs, etc.

I'm pretty sure that you can. It would be a different account to an over 18's (at least in the uk), and i'm not sure exactly how it would work. I set up mine when i was 16, and it worked fine. Best thing is to go and ask at the bank.
